Results typically last three to six weeks depending on hair growth and treated area. Regular waxing can slow regrowth. For consistent smoothness, schedule maintenance every four to six weeks. Individual timelines vary based on hormones, hair type, and aftercare.
Discomfort varies by person and area, but our velour wax and expert technique minimize pain. We use calming pre-treatments and can offer topical soothing products. Discuss sensitivity during booking for extra care or a patch test if needed.
Arrive with at least 1/4 inch of hair growth. Exfoliate gently 24–48 hours before, avoid retinoids and heavy sun exposure, and skip creams on treatment areas. Clean, dry skin ensures the best results and reduces irritation risk.
Some medications, like isotretinoin, increase skin fragility and may contraindicate waxing. Pregnancy is generally safe, but please disclose medications and pregnancy status at booking. We may recommend a patch test or consult your doctor for clearance.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense exercise and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers and avoid exfoliation for the first 48 hours. Apply soothing aloe or recommended serums and follow technician aftercare instructions to prevent irritation.
