What the rental includes
A 1 hour student med spa suite rental at Body Sculpt Studios gives licensed students access to a private treatment room for scheduled client sessions. Rentals are offered in one-hour increments; the listed service price is $125 and the standard booking unit shown is 60 MINUTES. Each booking reserves a fully furnished suite and shared front-desk services during your scheduled slot.
Suites are available in Upper Manhattan (Central Harlem) and come with essential furnishings like an adjustable hydraulic spa table, sink, cabinets, mirror, carts and wireless internet. You’ll use the waiting area and restrooms, and have access to on-site laundry and a break room, which reduces your overhead while you train or build client hours.
Eligibility and paperwork
To rent a student suite you must provide verifiable business documentation and applicable state licensure and liability insurance where required. Body Sculpt Studios enforces these qualifications to meet local regulatory expectations and to protect clients and providers; bring current copies of licenses and insurance when you schedule a tour or your first rental.
Instructor supervision is not included with the student-only rental. If you require on-site preceptorship or shadowing with corrections, those options are available separately through the Face & Body Academy and are billed as specific training packages rather than included in the hourly suite fee.
Scheduling, location and access
Suites are open Monday through Sunday from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, so you can book early mornings, evenings or weekends to accommodate commuting clients and local cultural schedules. Body Sculpt Studios is in Central Harlem with easy access to the 125th Street corridor and nearby transit hubs, making it convenient for clients traveling from surrounding Manhattan neighborhoods.
There are three rental units available, with equipment or non-equipment options. A receptionist greets clients and manages the waiting area, which streamlines your workflow.
