How the hourly rental works
Book a 60 MINUTES suite at $99 per hour; rentals are available in three private units, with equipment or non‑equipment options. The $99 monthly membership pairs hourly access with mentorship from an established Nurse Injector instructor plus business management and social media marketing assistance to help you build your practice.
If you’re moving from hospital shifts to aesthetics, our suites remove start‑up overhead and administrative hassles so you can focus on patients. We combine rentals with the Face & Body Academy and offer on‑site preceptors: shadowing packages are available ($250 for five shadowing sessions). Student suite rentals (1–4 hours) are offered without instructor at $125.
Space and amenities provided
Our rooms include an adjustable hydraulic spa table, spa sink, cabinets, mirrors, supply carts and utilities (electricity, air conditioning, heating) with reliable wireless internet. Receptionist services, a waiting area, and restrooms are on-site, plus free on‑site laundry for linens. You can rent lab services, body‑sculpting and esthetician machines when needed, reducing equipment investment while serving clients professionally.
The studio is located in Central Harlem in Upper Manhattan near the Apollo and the 125th Street transit hub, offering quick subway access to Midtown and the Upper West and East Sides. There are nearby bridges, highways, parking garages and street parking; early‑morning or weekend bookings work well for commuting clients and local events.
Qualifications, booking and hours
To rent, you must show a verifiable business license, liability insurance and state professional licensure. Suites run Monday through Sunday, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; flexible hourly, half‑day, full‑day, weekly and monthly pricing options are available.
