Treatment method and tools
Carboxy Therapy uses Carbon-Dioxide (CO2) gas introduced under the skin through a micro-needle to tighten sagging tissue by improving skin elasticity. At Body Sculpt Studios we offer Carboxy as an add-on to Skin Sculpt Tightening; it complements non-surgical energy treatments and aims to address surface laxity without surgery.
A Skin Sculpt session may include radio frequency, microcurrent, HIFU, laser LIPO, topical serums and cavitation. Clinicians select one or more modalities according to the treatment area and degree of flaccidity; combining thermal, mechanical and injectable approaches is decided case‑by‑case during your consultation.
Target areas and package
Packages include stomach front or back, arms, thighs front or back, or face and neck — clients choose the treated area based on their plan. The listed service price is $350 and each session is 30 MINUTES. The Carboxy add‑on is offered as a six‑session package with $100 off the regular $450 price.
Every session includes two appointments: the treatment day and a follow‑up to assess response and plan next steps. Packages are good for 30 days. This approach is often chosen for post‑op support after liposuction, for cellulite management, or when clients want non‑surgical improvement of localized flaccidity.
Sessions, recovery and scheduling
Most people notice gradual firming as tissue remodels over weeks, but individual outcomes vary and are not guaranteed. Carboxy micro‑needling can cause temporary redness, mild bruising or swelling; clinicians will review expected reactions and any special precautions if you are in post‑operative recovery.
Our Central Harlem studio in New York is easy to reach by subway from Midtown, the Upper West Side and Washington Heights, which helps clients book early morning or weekend appointments around commutes and events.
