What the session includes
BODY BLISS is a single 90 MINUTES session combining a Hydro Facial, a Waist Snatching Body Sculpting Session (Laser Lipo & EMS Sculpt), and a Body Slimming Lymphatic Massage. Sessions take place in our Central Harlem studio and are sequenced so each modality is delivered without overlap while you remain comfortably positioned.
Expect a clinician-led, paced treatment with intensity adjusted for comfort. Arrive hydrated and allow the full 90 MINUTES so each phase — facial, sculpting and drainage — is completed. Wear loose clothing for aftercare and plan your commute time from nearby neighborhoods like Washington Heights or the Upper West Side.
How the technologies work
The Hydro Facial portion uses gentle cleansing, exfoliation and hydration to clear pores and prepare the skin. Performed first, it readies facial tissues and reduces the need for heavy topical products later in the session. Technicians monitor skin response and adjust settings to your comfort throughout the facial.
The Waist Snatching Body Sculpting Session pairs Laser Lipo and EMS Sculpt to address local contouring and muscle engagement within the same appointment, followed by a focused lymphatic massage. Practitioners set intensity and placement based on your tolerance; the massage phase focuses on supporting circulation and transient fluid movement rather than guaranteeing specific body-change outcomes.
Post-session care and local context
After BODY BLISS, clients should plan gentle activity and continued hydration; slip into comfortable clothing while you leave the studio. Because our Central Harlem location is near the Apollo Theater and the Harlem–125th Street transit hub, many clients schedule sessions before or after shows or shopping on 125th Street, so allow extra transit buffer time.
If you’re traveling from Midtown or the Upper East Side, consider early-morning or weekend bookings to avoid rush-hour crowds. Mention recent surgeries or medical conditions when booking so the team can adjust treatment intensity and advise on any day-of precautions specific to your health history.
