I went to BodySCULPT for post-lipo lymphatic drainage massage, and it made a huge difference in my recovery.

After surgery, I was dealing with swelling, tightness, and some discomfort. My therapist
Diamaris was extremely knowledgeable about post-op care and took the time to explain what was happening in my body and how the massage would help move the fluid.

The massage itself was very gentle and precise—not painful at all—but you can feel it working. After just one session, I noticed a visible reduction in swelling and felt less stiff. Over the next day or two, I also felt lighter and less bloated.

They also gave helpful aftercare tips, especially about staying hydrated and what to expect.
