How the treatment works
This add-on is a targeted lymphatic drainage approach applied to the chin and submental area after liposuction. Therapists use gentle, directional strokes to encourage movement of excess fluid toward natural drainage points. The method focuses on reducing swelling, preventing localized fluid buildup, and helping the tissues settle so the surgical contour can appear more even over time.
Because this service is an add-on to surgical aftercare, treatments are tailored to each client’s healing stage and surgeon instructions. The session is deliberately gentle and precise to protect delicate post-op tissues. We offer this specific care as a 30 MINUTES appointment at a flat rate of $75, intended to complement your surgeon’s recovery plan.
What to expect during sessions
Appointments begin with a short check-in to review surgeon clearance, current symptoms, and any garments you are wearing. You will be positioned comfortably while the therapist uses light, rhythmic techniques focused on lymph flow and gentle contouring of the jawline. Many clients report feeling lighter, more relaxed, and noticing reduced tightness immediately after treatment.
Frequency is individualized: some clients schedule weekly visits while recovering, and others choose a series or package for continuing care. Our team can advise based on what you and your surgeon prefer. Sessions are non-invasive and meant to support, not replace, medical follow-up or prescribed post-op protocols.
Recovery and local practicalities
We perform add-on chin lipo care only after your surgeon has cleared you for external massage on the treated area. Bring your surgeon’s post-op instructions and any compression garments you were given; therapists will work within those constraints. If you experience unusual pain, increasing redness, or drainage, follow your surgeon’s guidance before booking a session.
