The in-person consultation is a focused 30 MINUTES meeting to discuss your health and wellness goals, recovery needs after cosmetic surgery, lymphatic drainage options, body sculpting interests, and weight-management plans. We listen to your priorities, review your history, and outline possible next steps without promising specific medical outcomes or treatment results.
We also use this time to explain services available at Body Sculpt Studios — post-operative care, lymphatic drainage massage, body sculpting, weight-management support, and our training academy for professionals. The consultation is conversational and oriented around your questions so you leave with a realistic sense of options and follow-up steps tailored to your goals.
How to prepare
For an efficient in-person visit bring a list of questions, any recent procedure notes or discharge paperwork you already have, and a summary of current medications. Comfortable clothing helps the conversation and any visual assessment. Expect a private discussion focused on your goals rather than an extended physical treatment during this appointment.
If you prefer a virtual option instead of the $99 in-person visit, we offer a free virtual consultation. That virtual consult requires clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles (front, side, ¾ and back) against a plain background, showing your body from shoulders to knees, wearing minimal underwear. Many local clients book early-morning or weekend slots to fit commuting schedules, evening cultural events, or appointments before or after visits to nearby attractions.
