How the method works
Wood therapy (Chadee) uses targeted manual strokes and wooden tools to mechanically mobilize soft tissue, focusing on waist and face contours. The method aims to stimulate lymphatic drainage, encourage temporary smoothing of cellulite, and support shaping after procedures such as liposuction. Sessions are delivered per-area; a typical appointment at our Central Harlem studio lasts 60 MINUTES and costs $225.
On the face, Chadee work targets soft tissue to help define the jawline and create a more lifted appearance; on the body, rhythmic mobilization supports circulation and metabolic activity. Clients often combine these sessions with nutrition and exercise to pursue longer-term changes, while we avoid promising fixed results or medical outcomes.
What to expect during treatment
Chadee appointments for this offer are morning slots only; please request a morning appointment when booking. Each session focuses on either the upper or lower area, as you select. Treatments run 60 MINUTES. The promotional purchase is valid for 30 days, so schedule within that period to use the offer and select the per-area treatment that matches your goals.
Expect hands-on pressure and targeted movement on the chosen area; some temporary warmth or mild redness can occur. Aftercare recommendations include staying hydrated and light movement. Bring loose clothing and plan transit from Central Harlem: many clients book early-morning sessions that fit commutes or activities near the Apollo or the Harlem–125th Street transit hub.
Local fit and scheduling
Our Central Harlem location serves Washington Heights, Morningside Heights, the Upper West and East Sides, Hamilton Heights and nearby Mott Haven. The studio is a short ride from the Harlem–125th Street transit hub, which makes morning appointments convenient for commuters heading into Midtown or returning home after events on 125th Street.
Because many clients commute and balance family or work, we recommend booking early-morning or weekend slots to fit transit schedules and local plans. The neighborhood’s walkable layout and nearby cultural venues let you pair a session with visits to the Apollo or the Schomburg Center, but weekend and morning Chadee spots can fill quickly—reserve early.
